Health Tips
Are you a total health success or are you a walking billboard for the American Heart Association? If there is one thing that can rob us from accomplishing our goals and realizing our dreams it is having poor health. The good news is that most of us can do something about it. Let’s take a quick inventory of your health shall we?
- Do you over eat and eat more food than what is necessary to satisfy your hunger?
- How many times did you eat fast food this week?
- Do you look for shortcuts while walking, close parking spaces at the mall and/or ever consider the stairs as an option over the elevator/escalator?
- When was the last time you had a piece of fruit or vegetables? Are they a part of your regular diet?
- Does any form of exercise make you grumble on the inside?
If you want to live a successful and significant life you best get on with creating a few health goals inside your eLife Plan and begin taking the necessary action steps to accomplish them. - Lose 10 lbs (or more)
- Walk around the block 3 times a week
- Make an appointment to get a physical
- Eat fast food no more than twice a week
