David Bush - I'm the Founder and CEO of eLifePlans.com. What does your company do?
We do peak performance coaching with entrepreneurs, executives, sales professionals and other leaders from around the world to help them live a more successful and significant life. We have designed a peak performance coaching system and online success system to help clients find more focus, balance and direction in their life.
Tell us a little about your background:
I founded eLifePlans.com in 2004. Previously, I had served as an owner and net branch manager with American Residential Funding and as a co-owner and regional manager with DMI Mortgage Inc.

I played with the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League from 1995 to 1998.
Why I do what I do:
I have a passion to see individuals realize their dreams, achieve their goals and live out their life calling.
Best Business book I've read lately:
"eMyth Revisited" by Michael Gerber. I like the idea of creating a business system that works because the business system works, not because the business owner works all the time.

What I do in my free time/hobbies:
I enjoywater-skiing on Lake Red Rock and playing with my three kids in the backyard or at the Pella Aquatic Center.
