Tell us a little about your background:
I’m an entrepreneur with a love of people and business.  I began my free market capitalist ways in elementary school and have never looked back.  The creativity and contribution that business affords anyone is truly amazing.

Education has made a huge contribution to my life.  Thanks to the hard work of my parents, I was lucky enough to attend Shady Side Academy (1973) in Pittsburgh, PA and Lehigh University (1977) where I earned a BS in Business and Economics.  My MBA is from The Darden School at the University of Virginia (1982). 

In 1984, I founded the corporation that does business today as On-Purpose Partners.  What began as a business in commercial real estate development transformed into a boutique firm offering business and personal leadership advisory services.  We’re small, yet international in terms of partners and clientele.
