If you have iTunes skip to Step 3.

Step 1: Download iTunes:
Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
Click on Download iTunes to get the current version of iTunes.
Save the setup file somewhere on you computer where you can find it.

Step 2: Install iTunes
After the download is complete - run the setup

Step 3: Open iTunes and click on Advanced
Select "Subscribe to Podcast"
Paste the following URL in the box

http://dbush.audioacrobat.com/rss/elifeplansdotcom.xml

Then click "OK"

The podcast will update automatically.
